Here at Personalized Harmony we offer a Gentle Yoga Class taught by Trish Barrett. Her classes focus around poses that are light and challenging that will have you feeling regenerated by the end of the class. Trish is a light hearted teacher who helps you focus on your breathing and will lead you to peace so that you are more prepared for your days to come.
