Yoga is a light activity people participate in for their journey to self-healing and rebalancing. Aside from pushing your body to stretch and release tension, it builds up strength and creates harmony in both body and mind.

Here at Personalized Harmony we offer a Gentle Yoga Class taught by Trish Barrett. Her classes focus around poses that are light and challenging that will have you feeling regenerated by the end of the class. Trish is a light hearted teacher who helps you focus on your breathing and will lead you to peace so that you are more prepared for your days to come.

Her classes are scheduled on Thursdays at 11:00 A.M and Mondays at 6:00 P.M, and can only hold up to 6 participants. Join our classes FOR FREE! ​Incorporate healthy living with no price to pay in your schedule!

Busy schedules get in the way of taking time for yourself, and they also distract you from paying attention to the path you truly desire. Life is too short to live through stress. Take the time to focus on you, and you only. Give yourself the dedication to creating a life lived by you, not your work, not your stress, and not knowing your true identity.  Allow this time to be for evaluation, and raise your self awareness of where you are in your path today. When you go on an airplane, the rules are if in case of emergency, always put your air mask on first before anyone else’s. This is because you cannot begin to help others effectively until you have helped yourself. Many people go through out their day trying their best to help others, without realizing that they have yet to help themselves with their own health and wellness. People are living their days in exhaustion, and stress, seeing it as doing their best efforts to help those around them.

However, it is not. Your best efforts come from a balanced, healthy, and well rested inner self. That is where it’s known that your productivity is at its peak, and your best work flows effortlessly.

Therapeutic Massage is a step towards your balanced wellness and health. By allowing yourself moments of time that is strictly for you that is uninterrupted is giving your mind and body a moment of necessary rest. When you choose to commit to yourself, whether it is an hour or 45 minutes, and continue to merge it into your weekly schedule, you are taking a bigger step towards encouraging  yourself the healing your body needs.

Life is limited, do not give more time to stress and exhaustion when you have time for peace and serenity.

Massage can be therapy because, when your therapist is grounded your session does not have their life involved. They are here to serve you and only you. You are our only priority in a room that is dedicated to you. What you choose to do in that time and space is completely yours. Most people are used to being touched by a massage therapist to create the feeling of calm. Personalized Harmonies providers take that a step above. Everything in your body is webbed together, we cannot treat only one thing with the expectation of a full body response. When this vulnerability barrier is broken between therapist and client, in this safe space, you feel empowered to take that feeling and apply it to everyday as a step forward in the right direction. You're no longer are chasing your problems, but encouraging the change that happens within you.


    Massage therapy can provide service to the body cellularly because everything physically within your body is connected. When your mind is out of alignment, it will create a physical barrier that we normally call tension. That tension, when not released, creates oxidized stress. Oxidized stress is also known as the hormone cortisol. Cortisol, your stress hormone, will immediately resonate in our body to make you want to attach to pleasure. Pleasure for some is drinking, eating, gambling, or worse. When you have your body in alignment you are no longer reacting to your environment. You are harvesting your own power to then only respond to what needs your attention. Personalized Harmony chooses to respond to our clients needs rather than react to them.

While Personalized Harmonies providers relieve more than just built up tension, they offer stretches and activities you can partake at home to better your body and self.
Your body is your temple. You choose what comes in out or around, These services are just a choice. The choice of permission, compassion, love for yourself. This choice however through these services aren’t just better for your body, but better for your mind. Your mind, and mental health is the most important, and often is forgotten to be taken care of. You still have and always will have the opportunity to put yourself first. Your already paying an extra convenience fee, socially, that is not a convenience to your body.
